How did you come up with the idea to start Gazda Plumbing, and what purpose did you intend to serve with the concept?

Gazda Plumbing started its journey by providing the highest professional, cost-effective, and friendly service to the residential community. In today's society it's hard to find professional, trustworthy and cost-effective service without breaking your bank. Therefore, Gazda Plumbing was created to help customers deal with their everyday concerns, including issues and problems with plumbing. We treat every customer like they are family, explaining, thoroughly, the process and parts that require urgency.  We provide more than one solution to their problem - within their budget.

 

Which milestones have marked meeting benchmarks towards the fulfillment of your personal goals/ the company's vision and goals? 

Gazda Plumbing, with its strong company ethic and customer satisfaction, has acquired many awards throughout the years:

Which steps have you taken for the company to achieve the level of consumer trust that has been nationally recognized?

Our goal in business is to provide every customer with a satisfactory and educational process.  We focus on building a relationship for what is ahead, rather than for one-time calls. With hard work and professional expertise, we have built a platform of satisfied and longterm customers.


What part of your education or other experiences do you feel was the most helpful in preparing you for success?

 After finishing International Business, I had always wanted to be part of the setting/atmosphere where you deal with many different people. So, I started working in the field of marketing and sales. This brought me to an opportunity in the construction industry. I started noticing professionals trying to cut corners, with many not even understanding the concept of proper building procedures. Having a perfectionist side, I decided to go into the field of plumbing and the mechanical aspect of constructing. Dealing with different companies, trying to "contract," I started noticing all of the positives and negatives that companies practice while conducting business.  Next, I acquired all of the mandatory certification and the red-seal plumber license. That's when the idea of Gazda Plumbing came into effect; I wanted to build a company that would take care of its customers, helping them with their plumbing emergencies and needs, and also educating them on how systems work in certain scenarios. After building this trustworthy relationship with our customers, the business started to bloom in the aspect of "word of mouth."  The company started to receive many referral projects from customers and builders.


Which strategies have you found the most effective in growing your audience/ bringing awareness of your service to a larger consumer group? 

In today's society, reviews and references are valued, mostly, in any business.
