Q & A With Sonny Raissi, Founder of Toronto Comfort Zone

What services does Toronto Comfort Zone offer?

Servicing the GTA, we offer gas, electric, wood and ethanol fireplace sales and installation, fireplace repair, wood and cast stone mantels, feature walls, and built-ins.

How did you come up with the idea to start Toronto Comfort Zone, and what purpose did you intend to serve with the concept?

I was always thinking about starting a business that could serve people's needs and solve a problem they might have. After talking to different people and looking around, I found out that the fireplace business could be a good fit for what I was imagining.

Which steps have you taken for the company to achieve the level of consumer trust that has been nationally recognized?

We, at Toronto Comfort Zone, care about customer service.  We believe that a relationship has been started after installing a fireplace and we need to take care of the clients because they are a member of our growing community, now.

What part of your education or other experiences do you feel was the most helpful in preparing you for success?

My background as the head of service and customer care in a communication company taught me a lot about dealing with people and how I need to approach problems.

Which strategies have you found the most effective in growing your audience/ bringing awareness of your service to a larger consumer group?

We have presence in social media like Facebook, Instagram, and Yellow pages, and our clients can go to websites like Homestars, Google, and Houzz to write reviews for us or read our reviews to decide if they want to start their projects with us.

Are there any challenges that made it difficult to continue operation and that you managed to overcome? What was your approach to get past these?

The challenges are always there, and what everybody experienced recently was the supply chain problems. We tried to have stock of some fireplaces to avoid interruptions and we were successful in that regard; if we don't have a fireplace, our clients are generally kind enough to understand the problem and wait for the product to be available.

What are your future plans to build on your personal/ company achievements and fulfill your vision for success/ what developments can your audience or clientele look forward to expecting next?

We are trying to expand our line of work and bring more brands under our umbrella, which gives people more freedom of choice when they are shopping with us.

We thank Sonny for sharing these insights and experiences with Winner Magazine's readers.  If you are looking for Fireplace Supply or Installation in the Greater Toronto Area, we would recommend reaching out to Sonny at Toronto Comfort Zone!
