What services do you offer?

Residential and Commercial financing solutions in BC - Canada  

How did you first become involved with Mortgage Alliance and how does the company's vision align with your own values?

I had been introduced to Mortgage Alliance by a friend/ previous colleague who had been satisfied with this company's services for a long time.   I have joined and become affiliated with Mortgage Alliance since July 2019; I never think of moving anywhere, due to the high standard of professionalism, support and ongoing growth, in terms of services and technology.

Which milestones have marked meeting benchmarks towards the fulfillment of your personal goals/ the company's vision and goals?

In addition to hitting all the targets that I had set, I have been awarded The Masters Club 2021 for superior achievement in customer care and high volume transactions in 2021. I have always been a key member of Mortgage Alliance for programs and applications improvements. 

Which steps have you taken for the company to achieve the level of consumer trust that has been nationally recognized? 

I started being self-employed in 2015 when I was providing investment and insurance solutions to my clients.  I then became affiliated with the Bank of Montreal and TD Canada Trust as a Mortgage Specialist, and finally, I became a Mortgage Broker.  In all of these ventures, I have always gone the extra mile to gain and surpass clients' expectations by providing honest and professional solutions for their current and future needs. I provide solutions and recommendations to clients, instead of selling a product.  I always keep them in the loop for their current file's progress, and I update them on on-going industry changes so they are always on top of their financing and the other programs that they are part of with us.  

What part of your education or other experiences do you feel was the most helpful in preparing you for success? 

I hold a Master's degree in Management, Marketing and Finance from the most reputable university, and I graduated as a top student in both, Bachelor and Master's degree programs. Having the highest level of knowledge, along with over 22 years of experience in international companies, has given me the firsthand management and financing experience and ability to provide the best solutions for my clients. 

Which strategies have you found the most effective in growing your audience/ bringing awareness of your service to a larger consumer group? 

I get most of my business from current and past clients who have been satisfied with my services. I have made a strong network with successful real estate agents, accountants and other professionals who are referring clients to me. I get support from the Mortgage Alliance marketing team to make connections with current clients and increase business awareness to new areas and target markets. Above all of these, I have hired a reputable marketing company to give me tailored marketing solutions for getting access to new areas and new clients all over Canada and, especially, in  BC. 

Which partnerships, if any, have been the most constructive in bringing your goals closer to becoming a reality?

I always try to give back to the people and community that have been with me and supported me in my achievements throughout my career. I am an active member of several sports groups, local and social media communities, and professional groups in my city and the province of British Columbia.  

How do you balance work, passions/hobbies, and relationships?

I play badminton and ping pong three days of the week.  Maintaining balance of work/life, self-care and family care gives me the best mental freshness to provide the best of me anytime that I am talking to my clients. I get exceptional energy from my kind and caring wife and two gorgeous children, and I get extra energy from my satisfied clients every time that they are happy with my services. These valuable sources of inspiration and support provide me with a healthy and encouraging environment to set and achieve higher goals for myself and my business.
