Atlas Premier Health offers assistance with Medical Weight Loss, Hormone Optimization, Libido & Performance Enhancement, Medical Aesthetics, Peptide Therapy, IV Therapy.  

How did you first get involved with Atlas Premier Health, and what purpose did you intend to serve with the concept?

I became involved with the company during my time as a business consultant in the medical device industry.  After a successful 13-year career in pharmaceutical and medical device industry, I partnered with the initial founders, John Linares and Sandra Linares to strategically align our unique backgrounds together. 

Which milestones have marked meeting benchmarks towards the fulfillment of your personal goals/ the company's vision and goals? 

Throughout the journey of my business in the aesthetic and anti-aging industry, several milestones have propelled us towards fulfilling our vision and goals. Notably, receiving prestigious awards and certifications has validated our commitment to excellence and innovation. These recognitions serve as milestones, affirming our dedication to providing top-notch services and products. Additionally, achieving significant growth in our client base and garnering positive feedback further reinforces our progress towards meeting personal and company objectives. Moreover, expanding our range of services and incorporating cutting-edge technologies signifies our continuous evolution and adaptation to meet the dynamic needs of our clientele. Which steps have you taken for the company to achieve the level of consumer trust that has been nationally recognized? 

We heavily leverage our patient's experience and outcomes for word of mouth referral.  The outcomes our patients experience is often life changing.  We continue to deliver excellence in our services that continue to transform lives.  

What part of your education or other experiences do you feel was the most helpful in preparing you for success?

My previous experience working with practices like my own for 13 years has been instrumental.  This included clinical training and business development.      

Which strategies have you found the most effective in growing your audience/ bringing awareness of your service to a larger consumer group?

My strategy is to continue to support our existing patient population with education around all the services we offer.  We have yet to spend any investments on marketing to recruit external patients.  Our practice has recently reached 3500 patients from pure word of mouth referrals.         

Are there any challenges that made it difficult to continue operation and that you managed to overcome?  What was your approach to get past these?

We experienced tremendous growth that exceeded our logistical capacities.  We had to adapt quickly to improve our operational efficiency, increase staff headcount, and move into bigger facilities 3 times now within our first 2 years.         


What are some ways you use your success to give back to the community/any causes that are meaningful to you?

We recently joined the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce.  This networking with other businesses has allowed us to start exploring opportunities and partnerships to support non profits in our community.     


What are your future plans to build on your personal/ company achievements and fulfill your vision for success/ what developments can your audience or clientele look forward to expecting next?

We plan to continue to elevate our brand recognition in the Houston area and start opening additional locations at the beginning of 2025.  We will be venturing more into regenerative medicine in 2024 as it aligns with our approach to internal anti aging of the body.     

What advice would you like to give readers that hope to achieve success in your field?

Work hard and never lose sight on the importance  of operating with integrity.
