What services does Mirzadegan Immigration And Citizenship Services Inc. Offer?

We offer various Immigration and Citizenship services both in Permanent and Temporary immigration programs such as Economic Class, Business Immigration and International Mobility programs as well as the PNP’s and related federal programs and Family class. More importantly we are offering solutions to the complex Canadian immigration matters. We are pleased to welcome you at our Richmond Hill, Ontario location.

How did you come up with the idea to start Mirzadegan Immigration And Citizenship Services Inc., and what purpose did you intend to serve with the concept?

I started my career in Canadian Immigration with the humble intention of helping people to realize their dream of becoming permanent residents of Canada. Being an immigrant, myself, helped me greatly to understand the difficulties that immigrants face in starting their new lives in Canada. I have leveraged my own professional Canadian experience and network to help and assist our clients and utilize it as the core of our company’s vision to further ensure clients' satisfaction and adequate service.

Which milestones have marked meeting benchmarks towards the fulfillment of your personal goals/ the company's vision and goals?

I am absolutely grateful for all the support and love I received from my own family and friends through the years and so grateful to our support team members for their hard work and professional commitments. Mirzadegan Immigration and Citizenship Services Inc.,was awarded by the Canadian Business Review Board best business in Canada both in 2021 and 2022 for customer satisfaction, outstanding service, business leadership and strong vision.

We are committed to providing professional support, advice and guidance to people who want to come to Canada.

Which steps have you taken for the company to achieve the level of consumer trust that has been nationally recognized?

We should proudly say that Mirzadegan Immigration and Citizenship Services is an Ontario Corporation authorized by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants to provide immigration and citizenship services across Canada and abroad and it is owned by myself, Ramin Mirzadegan, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. RCIC

What part of your education or other experiences do you feel was the most helpful in preparing you for success?

I started my immigration consultancy with over 25 years of extensive experience and background in multiple industries and membership at various professional associations in Canada. Being a Real Estate broker for over two decades has helped me tremendously to navigate and provide solutions effectively regarding complex business immigration matters. I also leveraged my experience as a Registered Condominium Manager and many years of direct experience as the Vice-President of a condominium board of directors to provide sound advice and guide our clients with their quest to migrate to Canada efficiently and successfully.

Which strategies have you found the most effective in growing your audience/ bringing awareness of your service to a larger consumer group?

As a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, my actions are governed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. As result of those and the requirements under our code of professional ethics, we shall discharge, in good faith, all responsibilities to Clients, government agencies, and any others affected in the course of our engagement.

At Mirzadegan Immigration, we provide our clients with honest and candid advice while maintaining high quality standard service. Therefore, first we established and embedded those principles to guide us in reaching out to our audience and clients.

In addition, we are pro-actively promoting our services, publishing daily immigration news- updates through our social media platforms, regularly educating our audience about permanent and temporary Canadian Immigration programs and any new pilot programs, provide free consultations and actively interacting with community leaders and business community in large to grow our business. Now that we are fortunately moving past the pandemic, we are committed to participating in more in-person events and seminars to give back and expand our services to the wider audience around the world!

Which partnerships, if any, have been the most constructive in bringing your goals closer to becoming a reality?

Since the start of Mirzadegan Immigration, we established a network of senior consultants to assist and guide us through the immigration process to ensure our clients benefits and  adequate service when required. Being a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants provided us with the access to mountain of  information and a platform to communicate and seek guidance from other Colleagues when needed as a consultant or as a business owner which I found extremely constructive as an important part of reaching our company’s goals and milestones.

Are there any challenges that made it difficult to continue operation and that you managed to overcome? What was your approach to get past these?

I believe the greatest challenge that I had to deal with as a business owner has been the Covid-19 pandemic. Over the past two years, we had to overcome the challenges in processing delays, travel restrictions  limitations with boarder crossing, program interruptions, the challenges with managing and hiring new staffs,  and adapting to the new environment; regardless, we proudly continued to provide immigration advice, guidance and comfort our clients through this difficult times.

How do you balance work, passions/hobbies, and relationships?

It is extremely difficult to do that in a fast-paced, deadline-driven industry, but I do my best to manage my time more effectively and prioritize my schedules to meet those challenges.

What are your future plans to build on your personal/ company achievements and fulfill your vision for success/ what developments can your audience or clientele look forward to expecting next?

We are keen to expand and diversify our business in coming months. We will continue to provide our clients with honest and candid advice and maintain high-quality-standard service.  Further, we will continue to provide free consultations to give back and do our part in helping people achieve their dreams. I am also taking steps in getting my IRB class of licence, which is required from July 2022 when representing clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and its tribunals to ensure compliance and ability to provide services to those clients, as well.

What advice would you like to give readers that hope to achieve success in your field?
